Our Wedding Packages Include

Client Login

• Every Bride & Groom has said how convenient PartyTyme's Client Area is when planning their Wedding. We house our Client Area database across top of the line servers with 24-7 access, along with backups that occur every night. Once PartyTyme sets up a time to personally meet with the bride and groom, an email with a login and password will be sent. The login will allow the bride and groom to fill out our Wedding Planning Form, add songs to their own personal "Must Play", "Play if Possible", and "Do Not Play" Song List, along with other features such as a direct line of communication with your DJ and a link to our Wedding Store (store requires IE8 or Firefox Internet Browser).
  
  
  You can SAVE your wedding forms as much as you like. Once you and your fiance have finalized the form, click SUBMIT and it will be sent to your DJ! The DJ will call you and personally go over pronunciation of the bridal party along with the details of your wedding.

Premier Light Shows

• A professional approach to create atmosphere on the dance floor is our high quality light shows including special LED effects and bubbles. The photographers and videographers always enjoy the effects they are able to capture. The effects will delight you and your guests.

Personalized Reception Planning/Coordinator

• We create a Wedding Reception Itinerary detailing the order of all activities and traditional events with approximate times to allow you to customize your reception and guarantee it will be what you want and expect. Once approved by you, as your coordinator, we work together with all of your vendors, the photographer, videographer, and venue/caterer providing them a copy so we all work as a team toward the success of your Wedding reception, insuring you a worry free time of your life.

Master of Ceremonies

• We create a Wedding Reception Script which allows us to Emcee all the announcements with style and detailing all names correctly and phonetically to pronounce them accurately. We use wireless microphones during the wedding reception to assure when the blessing , the toast, and any interaction on the dance floor occurs, that it happens with quality sound that is heard loud and clear throughout the room.

Professional Interactive DJ Entertainers

• Exceptional Disc Jockey talent from formal to active or low key, we customize your affair. We energize the fun on the dance floor with family and friends and we offer a Song Request Sheet for your guests throughout the reception. We interact excitement on the dance floor by interactively demonstrating line dances such as the Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Booty Call, Electric Slide, Twist, etc. We also create excitement by everyone joining in with a traditional Conga Line.

Ceremony Music with Extra Sound System(requires additional package)

• Remote Ceremony DJ System - Includes mixer, speaker, ceremony music, and the use of wireless microphones for the minister.

Dress Attire

• Professional attire is black Tuxedos.

• Professional grade state-of-the-art Sound System includes two powered quality speakers on stands and one subwoofer powered speaker on the floor to provide the quality sound. Souns like the band is playing the music. . .never loud, always a quality sound pleasant to your ear.
